George HW Bush had a direct connection to Lee Harvey Oswald through his close friend George DeMohrenshildt, who was Oswald's handler. DeMohrenshildt was like an uncle to Bush. At Yale, Bush was roommates with DeMohrenshildt's nephew. They were involved together in the oil business. You just can't overstate the connection.
It's possible that Bush requested DeMohrenschildt to get involved as Oswald's handler, that he did it as a favor to Bush.
Bush had to know all about Oswald's situation, that he had a wife and two children.
So, how could Bush, a family man, who kept naming planes and boats after his wife Barbara, get involved in killing a young man with a young family and who hadn't done anything wrong? How do you just snuff out a guy like that?
You know, it's funny; Kitty Kelly never covered any of Bush's clandestine CIA activities, prior to becoming CIA director in 1975 under Gerald Ford- another guy with blood on his hands. Come on, Kitty. He named the Bay of Pigs supply boats the Houston, the Barbara, and the Zapata, and you couldn't figure out he was involved? What Kitty Kelley did cover extensively was Bush's affairs: the Italian woman from New York, the administrative secretary, etc. it seems he always had some action going on the side. But hey, when he laid eyes on a boat, he thought of his wife, and she got the nod. That's loyalty for you.
But, regarding the JFK assassination, Kitty Kelly did point out that Bush denied remembering where he was except for "somewhere in Texas". He said that during the 1988 Presidential campaign.
Of course, John Kennedy was also a relatively young man with a very young family, and look how Bush ruthlessly killed him.
But, my hunch is that Bush perceived that killing as a military necessity because Kennedy was traitor, a danger to the security of the US, who sold us out to the dirty Commies, and who had to die for the sake of preserving the United States of America.
Of course, I don't grant any of that, but it was the Cold War mentality of the time. They were all that way. Well, not Johnson; he was just in it to save his ass from prison.
But, what about Oswald? How do you just kill him and then go on to your cookouts and pool parties with your own family? What does it take to wash the blood off? What does it take the sear the memory of what you did from your mind? How do you even try to be a loving dad when you know you're a monster?
I don't know how they rationalized it. I don't know how they slept at night. I don't know how they sleep now. George Bush is probably the most senior member of the JFK conspiracy who is still living. I wonder how aware he is of the maelstrom of focus on his involvement in the killing of JFK. Well, we are certainly doing our part to draw his attention to it.
They were a nice family, George, as nice as yours.
