Mr. SHELLEY. It was 10 or 15 minutes before 12.
Mr. BALL. Where?
Mr. SHELLEY. On the first floor over near the telephone.
Mr. BALL. Did you ever see him again?
Mr. SHELLEY. At the police station when they brought him in.

MacRae, you spread any more of your shit about when Oswald was out front with Shelley, and it's just you spewing the blood of John Kennedy, of which you are soaked. You are crimson red in his blood. You are a paid dis-info agent, and you are truly an accessory to murder. 

The only Oswald interrogator who was asked about Oswald's alibi was Fritz, and he lied. 

Mr. BALL. What did he say?
Mr. FRITZ. Well, he told me about the same story about this lunch.
Mr. BALL. He mentioned who he was having lunch with, did he not?
Mr. FRITZ. Yes, sir; he told me he was having lunch when the President was shot.
Mr. BALL. With whom?
Mr. FRITZ. With someone called Junior, someone he worked with down there, but he didn't remember the other boy's name.

That was a lie. He wasn't eating with Junior when the President was shot. Junior was up on the 5th floor at the time watching the President get shot. How can one be up on the 5th floor and down on the 1st floor at the same time???? Fritz knew he was lying. Duncan MacRae knows that Fritz was lying. They are both liars, and they are both accomplices after the fact in Kennedy's murder.  

And never mind the Bookout/Hosty FBI Report. What matters is that they were present when Oswald said he was "out with Bill Shelley in front."

Frtiz heard it. Bookout heard it. Hosty heard it. Not one of them ever mentioned it. What logical reason do we have to believe their statement that Oswald claimed to be on the 1st floor when JFK passed the building?

And as I explained, Kelley's questioning of Oswald didn't even make sense. The logical question was: Where were you at the time the President was shot? He never asked him that. That doesn't bother MacRae, but then again, he is an accomplice to these people. 

The truth is out, MacRae, and that includes the truth about you. You are an accessory to murder in the death of John Kennedy.
