I have been asked to comment on the Phillip Allman story about asking Oswald where the pay phone was scant minutes after the assassination. The most compelling thing about it is:
"He was very calm. Didn't seem to be in a hurry. Was not out of breath. Was not nervous in any way."
That certainly conflicts with the idea that Oswald had just shot the leader of the free world. In fact, it renders it quite preposterous.
But, there was another thing that Allman said that stands out.
"There were three guys in the fifth floor window,” he said. “And they were literally hanging out of the window and looking up and pointing up."
We know who those guys were. Two of them were Junior Jarman and Harold Norman- the very two guys that Will Fritz said were eating lunch with Oswald at the time of the shots.
Fritz lied, and Allman caught him lying. The only guy who was asked directly for Oswald's alibi by the Warren Commission lied through his teeth.
There is no excuse for this. There is no alternate explanation. Oswald was not eating with Jarman and Norman nor any other employees at the time of the shots. He didn't do it, and he didn't say it. What he said, and what Fritz wrote down in his private notes is that Oswald was Out with Bill Shelley in front. That is what Oswald said, and that is what Oswald was doing. He was standing in that doorway, and he was sighting Bill Shelley.
