When you can't, you can retract that statement. 

Note that there is NO basis for Oswald having transferred that bus transfer ticket since he wasn't riding the bus. I have never heard any researcher say that Oswald rode the bus to the theater. And MacRae is already on record claiming that Oswald killed Tippit:

There was absolutely no basis for Oswald transferring that transfer ticket from one shirt to another. None.
