Hosty was never asked by the Warren Commission about Oswald's alibi. It was never discussed. Hosty threw in a prepared statement, that Oswald said he was in the lunch room when JFK passed. Was it acknowledged? No. Was it followed up? No. Was it recognized as an important piece of information? Not at all.
Oswald most certainly did NOT say he was in the lunch room when JFK passed. He said he was Out with Bill Shelley in front.
If Oswald said he was in the lunch room when JFK passed, what did he say he was doing there?
He wouldn't have just said he was in the lunch room; he'd have said what he was doing there.
We know that Oswald was in the 2nd floor lunch less than 70 seconds after the last shot because Marrion Baker reached the 2nd floor lunch room 70 seconds after the last shot, and he saw Oswald there.
So, we are talking about a difference of 70 seconds. Was Oswald there in the same location 70 seconds before Baker saw him? No, he was not. There is no reason to think that. There is every reason to think that Oswald had just arrived there himself, a moment before Baker.
Carolyn Arnold saw Oswald there in that location possibly as late as 12:25. Should we assume he stayed put from the Carolyn Arnold sighting until the Marrion Baker sighting? No! For one, he likely would have been seated, and he was walking when Baker saw him. Yes, he could have just gotten up, but how likely is that? Plus, if he was there the whole time, wouldn't he likely have gotten his Coke already? He didn't get his Coke until after Baker and Truly were done with him. But, there was a Coke machine right there, and if he had any inclination to get one, he probably would have gotten one before they arrived- while he was waiting there and doing nothing. But, he wasn't there. The fact is that it is much more likely that Oswald had just arrived a moment before Baker saw him, and that's why he was in motion. And then after the encounter with Truly and Baker, he got his Coke, since he was not there beforehand to do so.
I have already demonstrated with absolute precision that Will Fritz lied when he said that Oswald claimed to be eating lunch with other employees at the time of the assassination. Oswald did not eat lunch with other employees at all. He ate lunch alone. That is not even in dispute. Vincent Bugliosi and many others admit to it. So Fritz lied. He absolutely lied. And Hosty lied too. He lied when he said he didn't know Oswald. He lied by omission when he didn't bring up the incident at the Dallas FBI Office which involved him and Oswald. He lied by omission by not admitting his visit to Marina Oswald, the one that infuriated Oswald.
Why did Hosty destroy the threatening letter that Oswald left for him?
Oswald was an FBI agent. His pay was $200/month. Why do you think his tax documents have never been released to this day? His FBI agent# was S179. There is also a CIA number for Oswald: 110669. Oswald was steeped in the intelligence agencies of the US government, and they framed him for the murder of President Kennedy and Officer Tippit. Now discombobulate this, bblood:
It's funny; most rock n rollers defy the fascist state, but MacRae does their bidding. That's his day job, lying for them. Real rebel this guy.
