On McAdams' forum, bpete accused me of converting a dot into a line on CE 369:

bpete: Ralph, you didn't find a line. 

You drew a line from a dot on a crappy reproduction of a cropped photo. I 
showed you where your dot was a dot. It didn't continue across the arm. 
There is distinct separation between the edge of the dot and the outer 
edge of the arm. We have no way of knowing if the dot was an errant mark 
made by someone handling the photo or debris on a printing plate or any 
one of numerous explanations for a dot ending up on a third generation 
copy that appeared on a website. 

Try again. 

Ralph Cinque:

An errant mark made by someone handling the photo? That may happen in Scotland, but it doesn't happen here. Nobody would have handled that photo with a marker in his hand, and even if he did, there is no possibility that the tip could wind up creating that mark. You are spouting gibberish. You try again.

Debris on the printing plate? That just happened to land on the spot where an arrow would be drawn to indicate Black Hole Man? Remember that we determined that Black Hole Man was Lovelady BEFORE this arrow was found. You know what I do with claims of JFK coincidences? I renounce them as the loud raucous music of modern-day Kennedy-killers.

I NEVER drew anything. There IS a line there. And here is the proof:

Go to the history-matters website and look at CE 369. Is it agreed that I could not possibly have affected that photograph? Download it and enlarge it. You'll be looking at something untouched by the hands of Ralph Cinque

What I have done is download it and enlarge the area in question. That's all. NOTHING ELSE.

All I did was download it, crop it, and enlarge it. That's it. And I am willing to swear to that. And the above is what I got:


Now, if you want to download it yourself and enlarge it yourself to try to prove me a liar, go right ahead. I encourage you to. In fact, I would really like to see how far you are willing to go with this.

That is a line. A deliberate line. It is not an accidental swipe by anybody. It is not an artifact of a dirty printing plate. And it is any of your other explanations which you claim are "numerous". You're just spewing more shit. I am content that the impartial objective observer will recognize that something deliberate was done to that photograph at that spot.

Furthermore, your beliefs don't release you from finding Lovelady's arrow. If you say that's not it, then it's very clear and simple what you have to do: find his real arrow. What the hell is stopping you? Your failure to do so is proof that I am right.That mark on Black Hole Man's forearm is the ONLY other mark on that photograph. It has to be the tail of Lovelady's arrow.
