Oswald in the doorway: the blog of the Oswald Innocence Campaign, by Ralph Cinque

Hey, Backes! Harold Weisberg said it was Oswald in the doorway. Harold Weisberg said that Lovelady wore a short-sleeved red and white striped shirt to work on 11/22/63 not a plaid one. Harold Weisberg told Mrs. Lovelady (on the phone) that Doorman's shirt was not the least bit plaid. So, why do you only mention what Weisberg said about the bus and cab ride without acknowledging that he was the champion of Oswald in the doorway?

At 3:15 on the 22nd, Fritz wrote down in private notes to himself that Oswald told him "Went home by bus; changed britches".

So, you figure that by 3:15, they already had this elaborate scheme devised to fake the bus ride? But, they hadn't even talked to Oswald yet, and they didn't know what he was going to tell them about what he did and how he moved around. How did they know that such a scheme was necessary? How did they know that such a lie had any chance of holding up? 

And no, Backes: they entered the bus transfer ticket into evidence at exactly 4:05 PM on the 22nd. So explain how Henry Wade had time to hatch the scheme within that time frame. 

At no time did they show the bus transfer ticket; they only showed a photograph of it. And how big was it? If it was completely contained within the pocket, I could see it not getting damaged. If it was hanging out, that would be a different story. 

I know there are problems with the witness testimonies. And I certainly don't think Oswald laughed when he was told that the President was dead. 

But no, Backes: Mary Bledsoe didn't say she got on at Marsalis; she said she got on at St. Paul St.

Mr. BALL - And what was the location on Elm where you boarded this bus?
Mrs. BLEDSOE - At the Athletic Club.
Mr. BALL - What cross street is that, do you remember?
Mrs. BLEDSOE - St. Paul.
Mr. BALL - St. Paul? You got on at St. Paul? St. Paul and Elm?
Mrs. BLEDSOE - Uh-huh.

Yes, there certainly are problems, inconsistencies, even contradictions in those witness testimonies, which I can't explain. But, the problem for you is that you have nothing to offer instead. You can't name a single person who might have picked him up. You can't name any reason why any such arrangement would have been made. Remember, Oswald was innocent, so he didn't know that the assassination was coming and would be disrupting the normal work routine. So, why would he have had anyone coming to get him at 12:45? He was just the patsy, remember? 

Supposedly, Wade concocted the story to hide the fact that Oswald had a get-away driver, right? Then why did he come up with the idea of a 3 block bus ride going the wrong direction? Why would Wade do that? Who would write such a thing? Couldn't he come up with something more practical than that? 

And only a stark, raving lunatic would look at these two images and not realize that it's the same man. You'd have to be insane to think that Lovelady was decked out exactly like Oswald on 11/22/63. We know he wasn't, Backes. Harold Weisberg tells us that he wasn't. So, take a good long look at this cross, you blood-soaked Dracula. Same man, same man, same man, same man, same man.
