I've got gifs of both 4 Days and 3 Shots, so you can see for yourself right here and now that they are COMPLETELY and TOTALLY different films without a single frame in common. 


Not a single frame matches between the two, yet Joseph Backes says that they are both the Charles Buck film. The Lovelady figures in them don't match, and nothing in them matches, yet Joseph Backes says that they are both the Charles Buck film. He's insane.
