Robin Unger is sticking to his ridiculous contention that the man who is standing on the sidewalk of the Elm Street Extension east of the TSBD entrance is actually in front of the Obelisk:

Even though we can see the big obelisk in the photo, and the man is nowhere near it, Robin Unger still comes up with this:

So, according to Unger, the X marks the spot where the guy below in the Fedora Hat is situated, even though the broader picture shows this:

Then Backes turns it completely around. He does a 180 to what Unger did. He said that the situation is not that the 2nd Fedora Man in Altgens is in front of the Obelisk. Backes' solution is that the 2nd Fedora Man in Towner is not in front of the Obelisk.

So, Unger and Backes went about it in opposite ways. Backes says that what we see in Towner isn't real, and the guy is really where he appears to be in Altgens, while Unger says that what we see in Altgens isn't real, and that guy is really where he appears to be in Towner.

But wait. If the Fedora Man isn't really in front of the Obelisk in Towner, what about the other people who appear to be in front of the Obelisk in Towner. He's not alone.

If the Fedora Man on the left is no more standing in front of a side of the white column, what about the other people who appear to be close to him? Are they somewhere else too? So, was no one in front of the Obelisk? What about the Obelisk itself? Was that somewhere else too?  If the Obelisk is really there, why can't he really be there? And why can't the others really be there? Tina Towner was just across the street on the other side of Elm and a little eastward.

Here is Tina Towner standing where she was when she filmed. Notice that there is a man in front of the Obelisk.

Actually, there are two people in front of the Obelisk. So, Backes figures that they're not really there; they must be somewhere else. They only appear to be there because of Tina's "perspective." Let's hone in:

Ain't photography amazing? It looks like there are two people there on the sidewalk in front of the Obelisk, but they are not really there. Really, they are someplace else entirely, and it only looks like they're there.

That's Backes take, but Unger's take is the exact opposite. He's says that they are real and the guy in Towner is real, but it's this guy's location that is an illusion:

So, Unger says the guy in the hat who is far from the Obelisk is actually in front of it.

I say that both Unger and Backes are fucked in the head. It's like they've both had steel girders pounded through their heads, but we'll say that one went front to back and the other went from side to side, and that's what gives them opposite perspectives.

I also say that the second Towner Fedora Man was right where he appears to be in front of the Obelisk, and the second Altgens Fedora Man was right where he appears to be east of the TSBD entrance.  He was simply on the sidewalk close to the corner of Houston.

Backes and Unger and both spewing crap but from opposite directions. They do not agree with each other, but, they are both dead wrong.

And before you start arguing with me, Backes, you better start arguing with Unger because you two don't agree.
