Well, I'd say it's a masculine jacket. It wouldn't break a law to dress a girl that way, but I think it's more common for a boy to wear such a jacket. And generally when a girl wears a cap, she doesn't tuck all her hair inside the cap. She just puts the cap on over the hair. Like this:

Now, you can argue that they stuffed all her hair inside the cap OR that she had her hair cut really, really short for a girl, but what is the probability of either of those?
