This is the most powerful testimony in the entire Warren Report, and it was by Jack Ruby: "I sent the money order, I think it was 10:17 Sunday morning."

He was corrected right away by a Secret Service agent who wasn't even in the state of Texas that Sunday morning. But, Ruby was right; he did send it at 10:17. He got to the garage about an hour earlier than reported. And he was jumped by the cops after having done nothing at all. He was just standing there; they jumped him; and he didn't know why. And that's why he responded by saying, 'What are you doing? You know me. I'm Jack Ruby…not some criminal. I'm not wanted."

Then, they hustled him up to the 5th floor where they told him he shot Oswald. Of course, he had no memory of doing it because he hadn't done it.

It's important that we look at how the story evolved. The official story was that Ruby did it alone, but the alternate story, which was written in advance, was that he did it because the Mafia ordered him to. And selling that story required that there be a big long and storied history of Ruby’s Mafia life, where he was seen here and there, with this Mafia guy and that Mafia guy, etc.

But, all that came later. At the time of his trial, it was Henry Wade’s case, that Ruby did it alone and premeditated, versus Melvin Belli’s case, that Ruby did it unconsciously in an altered state of mind. He came up with the term “psychomotor epilepsy” which was ridiculous because the disordered and chaotic muscle activity of epilepsy could never result in the pointing of a gun and squeezing of a trigger. So, putting that ridiculous diagnosis aside, Belli’s claim was that Ruby did it unconsciously and involuntarily, in a trance.

But, how did Belli come to think that and argue that? It’s from what Ruby told him:

Belli: Jack, you’ve got to tell me what happened. Think!

Ruby: I’m telling you: I can’t remember. All I recall is that I went down there, and all of a sudden, the cops jumped me, and I didn’t know why. That’s why I started saying, “What are you doing? You know me. I’m Jack Ruby.” Then, they took me up to the jail, and that’s where they told me that I shot Oswald. I had no memory of doing it. I had no thought of doing it. It came as a complete surprise to me. I was shocked and flabbergasted.

So, that is what steered Belli’s thinking, and if he hadn’t been hobbled by the mental illness called Americana, he would have seen the truth. Americana is the mindset that terrible acts of the State don’t happen in America. They happen in Nazi Germany, the USSR, in Red China, but not here. So, Belli couldn’t imagine that the Dallas Police were lying, that they had framed and manipulated Ruby and killed Oswald. But, that is what happened.

But, even though Belli lost in court, and Ruby was convicted and sentenced to death for premeditated murder, over time, Belli’s case became the official story. If you watch the 1978 tv movie, Ruby and Oswald, which starred Jim Leavelle as himself, you’ll see that Belli’s story is told. You see Ruby going into an altered state, where he looks possessed and delirious, and then he shoots Oswald without knowing it, without being in control of himself. Then, they hustle him upstairs where they tell him that he did it, and he is all shocked and startled.

So, there was Story 1, then Story 2, which, although it lost in court, was adopted by Officialdom.  And then Story 3 put Ruby back into a sound state of mind, but it wasn’t his initiative to kill Oswald; the Mafia made him do it.

And that Story 3 has become the dominant story today, that Ruby was in the Mafia, and the Mafia ordered him to kill Oswald. Never mind the fact that there was no time, place and manner that they could have given him such an order. There was no time between 12:30 PM Friday and 11:20 AM Sunday that Ruby could have met with someone from the Mafia to receive such an order.  Ruby’s movements, his actions, and his conversations-in person and over the phone- are all well documented. There is no time that he could have had such a meeting.

And to this day, nobody has ever named the person, the Mafia kingpin, who gave Ruby the order. They just say that the Mafia told him to do it.

But, it makes no sense. Ruby was a nincompoop, and you’d have to be a nincompoop not to know it. Nobody would trust him to make toast, let alone kill somebody. Stop thinking that this was some easy, sure thing. If it was just Ruby and the Mafia, it means the Dallas Police and Oswald weren’t in on it, which means that Oswald could have taken defensive action, or the police could have intervened. The Shooter had to run right in front of LC Graves; so Graves could have stopped him. Why would the Mafia think that a buffoon like Jack Ruby could pull it off?

And why, if he was acting on order of the Mafia, did he arrive an hour and twenty minutes late? The 10:00 guidance was the only guidance given. Who shows up to a killing an hour and twenty minutes late?

And why combine it with wiring $25 to your employee? Isn’t that a rather odd segue? He had to know that once he shot Oswald, his whole life was going to be over. So, who wires $25 to a striptease dancer right before committing total self-destruction?

And what about his dogs? Ruby said that his dog Sheba was like his wife. He brought her with him and left her in the car. Why would he do that if he knew he wasn’t coming back to that car? He obviously had no intention of shooting Oswald, which means that the Mafia did NOT order him to do it.

The whole thing was a psy-op, not only on him, but on all of us. The truth is that Story 1, Story 2, and Story 3 are all false. They are all lies. Ruby did not shoot Oswald. He reached the garage an hour earlier, after wiring the money at 10:17. And he brought his dog along because he was going to leave her at the Carousel Club, which was right across the street, where there was somebody who was gong to look after her and dote on her.

Ruby said, again and again, to his dying breath, that he had no intention of shooting Oswald. He did NOT shoot Oswald, but he was too mentally impaired to see it. But, this is 2024, almost 2025. Presumably, we are NOT mentally impaired, and we have the great advantage of hindsight, where we can look at everything objectively and comprehensively. And if we do that, the only logical conclusion we can make is that Ruby was telling the truth, that he did send the money wire at 10:17, and he was already in custody when the Garage Spectacle went down. The killing of Oswald was not a conspiracy between Ruby and the Mafia. It was a conspiracy between the Dallas Police and the FBI, in which Lyndon Johnson put the Dallas Police up to it, and J. Edgar Hoover put the FBI, his own personal fiefdom, up to it. That is what happened, and all who are smart and honest will see it.
