So, Story #1, that Ruby killed Oswald premeditated and alone won at trial. It got Ruby the death sentence. But, it really didn’t make sense because if Ruby knowingly sought to do it, he would have shown up on time- not an hour and twenty minutes late. And Ruby, himself, said that he had no expectation of seeing Oswald because Oswald was supposed to be moved at 10:00.  And, it doesn’t make sense because he would have known that he wouldn’t be returning to his life afterwards, and therefore, he would not have brought his dog along. In fact, he would have made arrangements for her, and that of his other dogs, because he loved them.

So, over time, they gravitated to Story #2 which lost in court, that Ruby had no intention of shooting Oswald, that he went into an altered mental state, and shot him without knowing it, like he was sleepwalking. They don’t include Belli’s diagnosis of “psychomotor epilepsy” any more. So, what do they use instead? Nothing. They don’t try to explain it medically; they just claim it.

Well, if it didn’t work in court with a medical diagnosis, how do you think it would go over in court without one?

And then there’s Story #3 that the Mafia put Ruby up to killing Oswald, but that doesn’t work either, and for multiple reasons.

First and second are the same reasons why Story #1 doesn’t work: If Ruby was going to kill Oswald for the Mafia, he would have shown up on time, not an hour and twenty minutes late. And likewise, if he was shooting Oswald for the Mafia in a crowd of police, he would have known that he wasn’t going anywhere afterwards, so he wouldn’t have brought his dog along.

But, in addition, there is simply no window of time in which Ruby could have met with the Mafia to receive the threat and the order to kill Oswald. Remember, it couldn’t have come before Kennedy was killed and Oswald was arrested.  So, the meeting had to have taken place between 2 pm Friday and Sunday morning. Well, Ruby’s movements and contacts between those times are completely known and documented, as you can see here:

https://www.kenrahn.com/JFK/Issues_and_evidence/Jack_Ruby/Timeline_of_Ruby.html

And don’t tell me they phoned it in because every phone call he had is included in the ledger. So, you can’t give me a time and location for when the Mafia met with Ruby and ordered him to shoot Oswald.

Furthermore, what could they have threatened him with? The loss of his life? But, shooting Oswald in a crowd of police who were going to grab him right away WAS the loss of his life. It wasn’t just as bad as death; it was worse than death. What would he have had to live for?

It’s one thing if they ordered him to kill Oswald from a distance where he had a chance of getting away and not being detected.  But, this involved certain capture and the certain loss of everything in his life.

So, why would anyone feel threatened by that? You might as well take your chances and defy them because even if they kill you, you won’t be worse off. You’ll probably be better off.

And just think of what Ruby could have done. He could have told them, “Sure, I’ll kill Oswald. You can count on me. Don’t worry about it.” And then, he could have gone to the Dallas Police, whom he knew very well, and told them that the Mafia just threatened to kill him if he didn’t kill Oswald. He would have known who the person was who made the threat, and the Police could have picked him up.

Some people claim that the Mafia threatened to kill his sister. What?  That is ridiculous. They don’t know that. They are just making it up. The whole story is made up, without the slightest factual basis, but they sometimes add that flourish to it. But, stop and think for a moment. Killing someone is a lot of trouble, and it’s also a lot of risk.  Let’s say they threatened to kill Ruby’s sister if he didn’t kill Oswald, and he didn’t do it. Would they have gone through with killing Eva? What for? Just to teach Ruby a lesson?  But, they already told him they were going to do it. So, if she wound up dead, he could tell the police about the threat, if he hadn’t done so already. So, why not just kill him instead? But, that puts it back where it was, where the order involved him destroying his own life and in a way that was worse than death. So, why would he obey the order? Would you?

You know damn well that if the Mafia ordered you to kill someone, you wouldn’t do it- no matter what their threat was.

So, all these effin’ people who are pushing the “Ruby was Mafia” story are wasting their time because it makes no difference. It is still non-credible, implausible, and impossible for the Mafia to have ordered Ruby to kill Oswald- no matter what threat you attach to it.

The whole story is inane and stupid.

Jacky Ruby was innocent. He did NOT shoot Oswald. He was tricked into going to the police garage, and I’m sure that involved drugs. He was high as a kite. Look how dilated his pupils are. Look how dazed he looks. Compare his eyes to the cop staring at him. Ruby was stoned.

And if people would just compare the features of the Garage Shooter to Ruby, with a critical eye, they will see that they were different men. Plus, the Garage Shooter was wearing a wig. You can’ t see a blade of hair coming out of his head.

Ruby was innocent. And that fact is going to come to light, just as sure as the fact that Oswald was innocent.
