Why would the Dallas Police make the moving of Oswald into a spectacle? Sending a prisoner to the County Jail after they are arraigned was, and is, standard practice. Why did reporters and cameramen have to be present to watch Oswald walked 40 feet to a car?

And in this case, the DPD said they got a hundred threats on Oswald’s life. I never knew that so many people liked to warn the Police that they intended to commit murder. But, I suppose it’s just another peculiarity of the JFK assassination, which happened in its own world. But, with all those threats on Oswald, why not move him in the dead of night, without telling anyone, and then announce it after it was done? Did you have to be Columbo to know that that was the prudent thing to do?

Was anyone pressuring the Dallas Police to hold a spectacle for Oswald? He was their prisoner. Nobody could tell them what to do. And if anyone complained, you just tell them to STFU.  How hard is that?

But, let’s put all that aside because even if there were no threats, it made no sense to turn a transfer into a spectacle. Has it ever happened before or since? No, it has not.

But, they not only turned it into a spectacle, they made it a procession, with pomp and circumstance. They had everything but the music: “DAH…da-da-da...DAH-DAH.” That would have been the icing on the cake.

They made it into Lee Harvey Oswald’s debutante ball. They gave him a catwalk. Who does that? And why Why WHY would they do it?

They did it to kill Oswald on camera. Because: if they just said that he got killed during the transfer, no one would believe them. People would have suspected that they killed him. So, they needed something to show people that they didn’t kill him even though they did kill him.

And I don’t mean that the Dallas Police collaborated with Jack Ruby to kill Oswald. They didn’t collaborate with Ruby.  If they had done that, they would have had to kill him right away. And why would he collaborate with them? Who collaborates in a deal in which you get the electric chair? People make deals that are win-win. They don’t always work out that way, but at the time, they both think that the deal is in their favor. To the reader, would you go for a deal in which you had to die at the end? Then, why do you think Jack Ruby would?

Nothing about the Garage Spectacle makes sense. It makes no sense that police didn’t react to the Shooter until after the shot went off. The Shooter had to scoot right in front of LC Graves.  Graves would have had to be blind not to see him. Why did the Shooter dive into the crowd of police after he shot Oswald? And why didn’t the police handcuff him right then and there? Why did they dance him into the Jail Office without handcuffing him first?

And if you look closely at the Garage Shooter, you can see that he’s not Ruby. On the left is Ruby 36 hours before in the wee hours of Saturday morning. On the right is the Garage Shooter. Can’t you see that the Shooter was short and pudgy? He was like the Pillsbury Doughboy. Can’t you see that he had a very round face and head? Ruby wasn’t that way at all. He was taller; much leaner; and with a longer face and longer neck. And of course, his hair was also very different.

If you are going to say that these two  men are the same man, it means that you are capable of saying any two men on Earth are the same man.

Stop the nonsense. Jack Ruby, like Lee Harvey Oswald, was innocent. And they are going to be exonerated together.
