Oswald in the doorway: the blog of the Oswald Innocence Campaign, by Ralph Cinque

A guy who goes by Deke made a good point on McAdams' forum concerning the photo of the "Suits and Cops" outside the TSBD.

The scene had changed a lot. For quite a while, there were spectators and employees milling around outside.

So, what happened to all those people? And what does it tell you about how much later it must have been when the top picture was taken? 

But wait! Detective Gus Rose is the guy who processed Oswald at the Dallas PD. And remember that by 2:00, Oswald was already in the Squad room of the detectives. Don't you think that top picture must have been taken after 2:00? In that case, it couldn't have been Gus Rose milling around with the other suits because he was busy processing Oswald. In response to a question, Oswald even made a wisecrack to him that Rose reported, "You're the cop, so you tell me."

It's just another reason why that figure on the sidewalk could NOT have been Gus Rose. No way, no chance, no how.
