How could anyone call these the same man in the same place at the same time? They obviously look different. Their lighting is completely different and polar-opposite. Their shirts are being worn differently. Their arms are resting on the table differently. Their hair is different. The shapes of their faces are different. 

They are not the same man. They are very obviously not the same man. That means that there were at least two separate versions of the walk-by that were done. The very fact of that proves beyond any doubt, that not one, but both are fake. And that means that it was most definitely Oswald in the doorway. 

So, keep up your childish antics, Backes. It's all you've got left, fool that you are.
