And so Lovelady said he didn't see Oswald inside the TSBD building when he went back inside. How could he? While he was on his trek to the tracks, Oswald went out the front door and left. So, some revelation that is that Lovelady didn't see Oswald inside when he returned. But, Lovelady told Joseph Ball that he didn't see Oswald again that day AT ALL from the time they broke for lunch.

Mr. Ball: Did you EVER see Oswald again THAT DAY? (after breaking for lunch)
Mr. Lovelady. NO.

That's definitive, Backes. It's categorical. He didn't see Oswald again that day. Period.

You got nothing, Backes. You took care of nothing. You addressed nothing. In fact, the evidence is piling up against you. You can't get Oswald out of the doorway, and you can't get Lovelady in the squad room. He wasn't there.
