The first cop was not so much taller.
Here they are side by side:
Again, we see the greater height differential on the left than the right. Now, here are the two cops from behind.
What I'm saying is that the pudgy cop on the left who was first with Oswald had rounder shoulders, which is what you would expect. Also, he had a shorter neck.
On the left, his collar rode higher, and on the right, there is a greater visibility of the back of the neck.
Note that Joseph Backes hasn't even tried to justify the goofy clock/coat rack. He thinks he can ignore it and get away with not explaining it. He's wrong. It's goofy. It's ridiculous. And, it's an obvious prop.
Likewise, Backes continues to ignore the weird contortion of Oswald's arm, which looks like a torture move of Lance Uppercut:
That is not a legitimate image, Backes, and you have not even tried to defend it. Your silence only proves that you agree with me, that it's freaky and wrong. How could Oswald's elbow be that low? And how could the angle of it be that perpendicular without hurting him?
You're fleeing the interview, Backes. You are evading these questions. And, it is because you have no answers.
