It turns out that bpete is associating both figures from the Couch film to one crude, vague, and amorphous figure in the Darnell film.

That's right; both men on the right correspond to that one figure on the left, according to bpete. And he is stating it as a categorical fact. So let it be written, so let it be done. Etcetera, Etcetera, Etecetera. 

And, even though he claims to know the above to be true and declares it with certainty, he rejects the association that I make between these two figures:
