Listen, folks: The bottom line is that finding a man who looked and dressed that much like Oswald in that particular spot at that particular time MEANS SOMETHING. It is not nothing. It is something.  And an HONEST researcher will admit it. 

The idea that there JUST HAPPENED to be a guy who looked like and dressed like Oswald, either a spectator from the street or another employee of the TSBD, is preposterous. Either way, it is preposterous, and only the bloodied would try to make such a claim. 

So, solving the mystery of it is a VERY important thing to do. I say either he was Oswald, and lots of what we think we know about the Three Tramps and the aftermath of the shooting is false OR that that guy was an Oswald double, and not an accidental, spontaneous double, but a planned and planted double.
