So says Joseph Backes.
Fine, Backes. I understand completely. Oswald had already left by then, so it couldn't be him.
But, we're still left with the likeness between that guy and Oswald.
Here is a list of things that seem to match quite well:
the hair
the shape of the head
the long neck
the bodily size
the height
the weight
the shirt
the age
So, since it can't be Oswald, what is the explanation for what we see? Was the other guy just a stranger, an unconnected bystander, who just happened to look and dress like Oswald and be there? From out of the blue, he just showed up and climbed the steps of the TSBD to talk to that cop? Is that it? Or do you think he was another TSBD employee who just happened to look and dress like Oswald but who has never been recognized or identified? Or do you have some other explanation?
I get it that you don't think he's Oswald because Oswald was surely gone by then. But now, you need to give us, as Paul Harvey used to say, "the rest of the story."
