No, I'm not melting down, Unger. What are melting are your feeble attempts to provide examples that correspond to what we see in this picture:


The differences I have cited have not been subtle differences; they have been glaring ones. But, even if they were subtle ones, it would be enough. You have the childish delusion that anything that depicts a woman holding a child with her left arm suffices, that it's all the same. 

So, let's keep this simple since you are simple-minded: In both of the examples you gave, we can SEE the left arm of the woman that is holding the child. So, we see that she is doing it, and we see how she is doing it. I have put a star on each arm in case you have trouble finding them. 


So, there is an operative arm that is visible. That is the key thing. But now look for the same on the other woman:

You don't see her left arm at all. Therefore, you can't make any claim that she is doing the same thing as the other women. 

Here you are celebrating a successful mission, and your plane hasn't even gotten off the ground. 

You're stupid, Unger. So, why should I have a meltdown over that?
