It's obvious the mystery woman has got to be holding the girl with her left arm, right? But, the problem is that we can't see it. 

Well, lucky for you guys, I have a camera with x-ray vision. That's right; it's made out of plutonium. 

So, I took a photo of the picture with my x-ray vision camera, and it shows exactly how her arm is holding the girl.
