You see this guy here with his arms folded across his mid-section?



You are seeing his body through the windshield of the Secret Service follow-up car. You are not seeing his neck, and it's because the car is a convertible, and the top of the windshield is obstructing your view. Only the glass is transparent. That means that that guy was really back there because that car had to be in front of him to obstruct any part of him. The car had to be between him and Altgens to cause the effect we're seeing. 

So, he was really back there, and you know that just from looking at the above picture. Well, what about the guy next to him? Do you notice that their facial sizes correspond? If the Fedora Man was actually on North Elm, and therefore much closer to Altgens, wouldn't he loom much larger than the other guy? Is there any reason to think that the other guy was really back there but not the Fedora Man? Of course not.
