He's asserting his 5th Amendment rights on it, which is ironic, since he's an Englishman.
But, what about the rest of you? Backes? Unger? bpete? Is there anyone willing to say where this other guy was? I want a description of his location, such as: "On the sidewalk of the Elm Street Extension east of the entrance to the TSBD."
