An important thing about the Three Tramps photo is that it establishes that Oswald did not change his shirt. A lot of CTs, and even a few LNs, want to claim that Oswald changed his shirt even though there are multiple compelling reasons to know that he didn't. But, right away, we can see that he is wearing the same shirt.
There is, unfortunately, a lot of distortion in the image of Oswald in the Three Tramps photo. You can see how his neck lost all its photographic quality; it looks like a white rectangle. I don't know if there is a better quality image of this or not. But regardles, you can see that both are wearing a long sleeved shirt with a relatively tight cuff but a relatively baggy sleeve.
Tight cuff/baggy sleeve. Tight cuff/baggy sleeve. Tight cuff/baggy sleeve. And notice that in both images, his fists are clenched. There is no reason why except that it was his habit. There is nothing about having your wrists cuffed that causes you to clench your fists.
It's the same guy wearing the same shirt. So, Oswald did NOT change his shirt, and we can see that visibly. Of course, we already saw it in the Altgens photo.
