This guy had a badge on his left chest and a bar on his right chest.
Keep those two things in mind as we examine the other photo.
It seems like a match to me. And notice how the hat rides high above the ear on both. Also note that there were very few Dallas cops in white shirts. The vast, vast, vast majority wore dark shirts.
