It didn't happen people. Nobody in his right mind would kneel there and say that the US government was his real killers knowing that a moment later a guy with a small knife was going to cut his head off.  And nobody would remain totally passive, as James Foley did, as the process began. Nobody would just let the guy do it, as Foley did. 

It's nonsense, people! So stop believing it.
