Was JFK drugged? I believe he was.  I don't mean the drugs he was taking medically; I mean that he was he drugged during the attack.

Watch the Zapruder film from the aspect of Kennedy's demeanor. Before he disappears behind the freeway sign, he seems fine; alert; attentive; normal. But once he emerges from behind the freeway sign, he seems dazed; phased; and confused; he seems out of it.

He's not with it. He was just shot in the back, which was apparently a superficial wound. He was also shot in the throat, and it appears that he tries to dislodge the bullet from his airway by coughing. But then, he just sits there dazed. He seems doped up.

Here's what should have been going through his mind: "Holy Fuck! I've been hit! They're shooting at me!" Then he would have thought to get down, lay low, and have his wife do the same. Then, he'd have instructed the driver to step on the gas and get the hell out of there.

He must have had an adrenaline reaction, right? A fight or flight response? Well, a fight or flight response is supposed to gear you for action. It's an alarm mode, right? An emergency mode. It mobiles you for action.

Why didn't he have those thoughts? Why didn't he take those actions? Kennedy was a military man. He had been in battle. Fierce naval battles. He kept his wits about him then, so why didn't he keep his wits about him here? Watch it again and notice how dazed and deranged and unresponsive Kennedy is; it's like he's in a stupor.

What if they shot him in the back with an ice bullet which contained a mind-numbing drug? It would explain why the bullet didn't penetrate very far. Ice bullets have been shot into animal carcasses and an inch or so is about as far as they go.  Of course, they melt, and then there is nothing but a hole.

The theory that JFK was shot in the back with a drug-laced ice bullet has been around for a long time.  Here is a write-up about it on Education Forum by Steve Kober, and notice the response from OIC Senior Member Jack White was "Excellent work!"

I am saying that the back shot was most likely a drug-laced ice bullet. Not just that it's possible that it was, but that it's the most likely thing.

Let's consider the possibilities. We know that bullet did not traverse Kennedy. The single bullet theory is nonsense. That bullet was shot from a high elevation- much higher than where Oswald was. Humes estimated the angle as 45 degrees. Do you know what Oswald's angle was? 18 degrees. How could a bullet shot steeply downward which entered his back at T3 exit his throat? But furthermore, if that bullet had traversed Kennedy, he would have been physically much worse off than he appears to be. He would have been devastated. He'd have been down. He wouldn't have been sitting there sitting upright with all his postural and other muscles working. There's just no way that he had a bullet tunnel clear through his core from back to front.

Officially, they found a superficial bullet hole but no bullet. So what happened to it? Did it fall out? How? There were three layers of clothing there, so even if it did fall out of his back, it would have been tangled up in the clothes. It certainly didn't go out the way it came in. If the bullet fell out, it definitely would have been found. It wasn't.

Was it dug out at the pre-autopsy? There definitely was a pre-autopsy, so it's possible. But, how likely is it that a regular bullet would just peter out and stop in his back? It had the propulsive power to reach him from the top of the County Records Building or wherever it was shot. If it started losing power in flight, it would have never reached the target. But, it did reach the target and from quite a long distance. So, did the resistance of his skin and fascia and muscle actually stop that bullet? Was it some kind of dud?

I have a Smith and Wesson revolver which I shoot at the range. Bullets have become very expensive- thanks to the federal government- and often I buy these cheap, practice bullets. They come 40 in a box, and usually, there are a few duds. But, when I buy the expensive "high performance" bullets, I never get a dud. And when I get one with the cheap bullets, it doesn't fire at all. I've never had one fire but weakly.

We're talking about a bullet that stopped in Kennedy's back. Remember what happened: Dr. Humes pushed his finger and then a probe into the hole, and he hit what felt like a wall. He wanted to dissect Kennedy to see where it went, but the military brass who were in there prevented him from doing so. Humes did not think for one second that it had anything to do with the neck wound, which he took to be nothing but a tracheotomy incision. Then the next day, he found out from Dr. Perry that there was a bullet hole there, so what did Humes do? He burned his autopsy notes.

What he should have done is demanded to go back in and slice and dice Kennedy like a tuna in order to track those bullets.  And if they refused to let him, he should have screamed bloody murder. But you see, that would have been the courageous thing to do, but not everybody is courageous.

It couldn't have been pure ice; that would have shattered on impact. But, there is a substance called Pykrete which was developed during WW2. It consists of 14% sawdust and 86% ice. You can read about it here:

Here's a guy shooting with Prykrete bullets. He even dented a metal plate with them.
