Yeah, Upperpunk, we lost Gary Fannin alright. And it's a real shame. Without him, whatever shall we do? It's not enough that we have Mark Lane, Gerald McKnight, Vincent Salandria, David Wrone, Craig Roberts, Phil Nelson, Gordon Duff and more. The loss of Gary Fannin is a fatal wound.

Actually, Gary left weeks ago, so it's old news. Maybe you didn't know it, but I did. And keep in mind any Bakerites that want to leave are welcome to go. I'm not asking any of them to stay.

In fact, I rather hope that more of them do decide to leave because I have very solid support from people who are very loyal to and supportive of me, and if we have to contract some in order to have a more cohesive group, that's fine.

My ideal would be to have the OIC evolve into a membership that endorses both Oswald in the Altgens doorway and the Harvey and Lee thesis of John Armstrong.

The main thing is that I consider Judyth Baker to be fraud, and I am willing to say so.  I don't even grant that she knew Oswald- never mind was his lover.

And I'm not saying I can prove that they weren't lovers- I can't. But, I don't have to because I am not the one making a positive assertion. It's up to her to prove that they were; it is not up to me to prove that they weren't.

Right now, there is only her claim that they were, and that is not good enough for me. If there was a photograph of them embracing, if there were love letters, if there were receipts for them checking into a hotel together- something. But, there is nothing but her word and that of a woman who says that she and her husband went on "double dates" with Oswald and Baker at a time that Lee was living with his wife Marina in New Orleans. And the husband of this woman refused to confirm it and in fact denied it. So, it counts as nothing to me.

The only thing I know is that Judyth did work at the Reilly Coffee Company for a while as a secretary when Oswald was working there as a machine oiler, and I don't assume from that that they even knew each other, never mind slept together.

And other claims she makes are outright false, such as that Oswald went to Mexico City to deliver a poison to kill Castro. I had the pleasure of talking to Mark Lane once on the phone, and one of the things he told me is that Oswald definitely did not go to Mexico City. And we know Oswald denied going there. He told police that the only place in Mexico he ever went was Tijuana. So, who am I going to believe? Mark Lane and Lee Harvey Oswald or Judyth Baker?

And Judyth's stories about Oswald throwing firecrackers or blasting caps out the second floor window, and Oswald sending a telex to all the FBI offices pretending to be Hoover and advising them to start canvassing all the "racial and hate groups" to stop the assassination, and her blatantly unwarranted presumption that Oswald's note to Hosty was a warning about the assassination, and many more are so preposterous, it makes her sanity itself an issue of contention.

So, the Bakerites can leave, as far as I'm concerned. I won't miss them. And if Lance Upperpunk wants to side with Judyth Baker, let him. I shan't shed a tear.
