Look, Sparta, let's get something straight: if shadow is cast over an open eye, the result is an open eye with a shadow over it. It doesn't blacken eye. It doesn't change anything about the eye. It just places a shadow over it, and you can still see the eye through the shadow. So, what you are
claiming is absolutely preposterous. You don't know anything about physics, and you don't know anything about anything.

As far as why they didn't just destroy the film of Bookhout in custody, I do not know, but I'll admit it would have been a wise move. In fact, it was very foolish not to. But, these people were arrogant. Why didn't they just destroy the Altgens photo when they saw that Oswald was in it? Nobody
would have missed it because nobody would have known that it existed except James Altgens, and he was a team player. But, they saw those Secret Service agents peering back at the TSBD, plus it showed Kennedy reacting
to being shot and Jackie's hand reaching over, and it was just too tempting to pass up. So, they thought that they could move Lovelady's crown over and plop it on Oswald (probably done by the same photo altering team that did surgery on the Backyard photos) and that it would solve the problem. I'm sure they never dreamed that 53 years later, people would
still be talking about it and shouting "Oswald in the doorway!" But, that's the way it goes. That's what arrogance does.
