Amy Joyce has made another great find. In this video, at 6:19, you hear a reporter ask Curry if he thinks the JFK assassination is connected to the attempt on General Walker. It was Saturday, November 23.

But, that was a "pot shot" taken in April, nearly 8 months before. Nobody got killed; nobody got hurt; and minor property damage was the only effect. And nothing followed it. So, the idea that that should have been on anybody's mind on November 23 is ridiculous, and least of all, a reporter. Why would a reporter have that on his mind? Dallas was a big city then, as it is now, and there had to be a lot more significant shooting incidents over that period of time than that one. Why should that stick out?

And I have to wonder: if a thing like that happened today, what would police make of it? Don't you think they would consider the possibility that it was an errant shot? It's not often that someone shoots at someone in the comfort of their own home. They might shoot at them while they are piddling around their yard. But to shoot at them inside their house from a great distance?

But, in any case: nobody got hurt, and police are kinda busy. You know? I don't think they would devote a whole lot of time and resources to a thing like that. I think they would advise the person about precautions and safety measures, etc. But, after that, hey: no harm/no foul. They're not going to dwell on it for months and months and months. What, do you think they appointed someone full-time to look for the potshot taker?

And, how could that reporter have gone there mentally at a time like that? Seriously, did his mind do this?

"This guy who shot Kennedy is obviously a maniac, and maybe he has shot at others. So, I'm going to rack my brain to think of unsolved shootings in Dallas which he may be responsible for. Let me see now. (thinking) Wait! There was that pot shot that was taken at General Walker!  Walker is a rabid anti-communist, a right-winger, a Bircher; he doesn't like blacks; he's in favor of segregation. While Kennedy is a civil rights guy, and he is talking about making peace with the Soviet Union, ending the Cold War, disarmament, and he's considered a left-winger and a bleeding heart liberal. That's it! It's got to be him! He's insane, right? So, even though Kennedy and Walker couldn't be more opposite, politically, an insane guy wouldn't care! He'd shoot at them both anyway!"

That "reporter" had to be a CIA asset, a CIA plant. And I think it was a very stupid thing to plant that into the story on November 23.
