Here is another very abrasive statement by Mark Lane, made on February 8, 1964.

"Marina Oswald has been brainwashed by the Secret Service.  She was held incommunicado for eight weeks, and knows nothing that has not been told to her by Secret Service agents. Among other things, she told the Dallas police on Friday, 11/22, that the rifle shown her was not her husband's rifle.  Cross-examination would bring this contradiction out in an open hearing."
