This is a statement by Mark Lane:

1/3/64              "Mrs. Oswald is being held contrary to law; there is to be no trial, so she is not a material witness; no one has the right to hold her - to do so you would have to go to court and bail would have to be set."

RC: I am very proud that Mark Lane will forever be a posthumous senior member of the Oswald Innocence Campaign. And, when he was living, he was a regular member, and I was in contact with him by phone and email. He was always very nice to me.
