Backes, that dickering about the numbers means nothing. You have no sense of proportion when it comes to evaluating this evidence. You turn moles into mountains, and you ignore the things that are crucial and overriding. There is a hierarchy involved; some things outweigh other things, and you have no ability to recognize what is important, what matters, what is critical. You're like a child the way you get distracted.
The whole issue of the lineup was not that important for Whaley- even though he DID pick Oswald out of a lineup. He recognized Oswald from seeing him on television. He recognized him right away as the man he transported. And he drove this man to the 700 block of N. Beckley, and Oswald walked the three blocks back to his room.
And when they brought the subjects into the room, handcuffed together, Whaley immediately recognized Oswald, wearing only a white t-shirt, no outer shirt, and black pants, as the man he transported.
Nobody else except Oswald was dressed in just a t-shirt, and Oswald complained about it too. And Whaley picked him out as the man he transported.
So, the man Whaley encountered was either Oswald (the Oswald we know) OR he was someone else who looked like him. But even that is far-fetched because that would mean that both Oswalds were there on Beckley at the same time. Or are you one of those who doubts that Oswald even went to his room on Beckley? Maybe you think that, like Mary Bledsoe, they "manipulated" Earlene Roberts to say what she did. Was there no limit to the number of little old ladies they were "manipulating", about this? They had nothing else to do but strongarm little old ladies. What did they threaten Roberts and Bledsoe with? Hot wax? Waterboarding? The Chinese water torture? You're an idiot.
