It is weird that anybody would deny the strange occurrences in the Altgens doorway. For instance, the Roy Lewis figure has got so many problems, it's breathtaking. I'm going to number them just to show you how extreme the problem is.

1. His being turned east and looking east. We can see in the Wiegman film, which was taken at the same time, that he was turned and looking west. And no wonder! Roy had heard shots from the west, and he thought immediately that they were gunshots not firecrackers. And Kennedy was already way to the west. So, why would he be turned and looking east at a time like that? He wouldn't.

2. There is a film that was taken after the assassination in which Roy Lewis is descending the steps, leaving the Depository, on the other side of the handrail in which he was looking east, and it happens to match what we see in the Altgens photo. Was that just a coincidence that the same image of him was captured by two different photographers and two different times, or did they use the one to fashion the other.

Here it is blown up:

Recall what I think of JFK coincidences, and where I think the people who proclaim them can go and what they can do when they get there while Joseph Backes is playing with his proscenium arches.

3. Doorman's cuff appears to be in front of Roy Lewis' neck, which is impossible since Doorman was standing way behind him and above him. The only way that could have come about is if they pieced Roy Lewis' face into the picture above Doorman's cuff, and his torso in below the cuff. They installed Roy Lewis into that picture in two pieces.

 4. Roy Lewis was not visible to Altgens at all. Remember that Doorman was standing in the CENTER of the doorway, and even standing in the center, part of him was cut out of Altgens' view: specifically: Doorman's right shoulder. What that means is that there was a plane of invisibility that cut right through Doorman where he was standing in the center. This plane started at the margin of the white column at the lower left corner of the doorway, and it went in a diagonal line up to the eastern margin of the metal door frame. You can see the plane of invisibility below.

Keep in mind that there is no doubt that a large portion of the westward side of the doorway was cut off to Altgens view. And there is no doubt that Roy Lewis was standing against the west wall. If part of Doorman got cut off when he was standing in the center, it means that all, or nearly all, of Roy Lewis had to be cut off. That diagonal line I have drawn is valid, and it is not in dispute. If Roy Lewis extended beyond that line into the visible zone, it was not by much.

The only way that Roy Lewis could have been visible to Altgens is if he was IN FRONT of the white column. Any part of him that was a few inches or more in back of the front face of the white column was cut out. As we look at Roy Lewis in Wiegman, we see this:

On the left, possibly his hand was forward enough to have been visible to Altgens, and maybe his left shoulder some, but certainly not his face. His face surely was shut-out to Altgens.

So, what I'm saying is that Roy Lewis was there against the wall when Ike Altgens took his picture, but he was shut out except perhaps for a little bit of him, which was then covered up by the things they put in, which included his face and his torso. Also, the hair of the black woman that we see there in the Altgens photo may have helped cover up his hand if it was showing. But, most of him, and perhaps all of him was shut out, just like this:

5. Finally, if you look at Roy Lewis by himself, and you see what a massive guy he was, you realize that his torso would have amounted to much more than we are seeing in the Altgens photo.

When you observe how massive his torso was in relation to the size of his face, he should be a lot bigger below his face in the Altgens photo. That shamrock-shaped piece they put in there is just some bull shit.

Remember, Roy Lewis was forward- the most forward person in that doorway. So, no part of Doorman could possibly cover him up. Someone in back does not cover up someone in front. What we are seeing of Roy Lewis in the Altgens photo is bogus- entirely bogus. The face is bogus; the body is bogus; it's all bogus.

Why'd they do it? One can only guess about that, but I'd say a cardinal reason was to cover up Oswald's habitual hand-clasping in front, which was his thing. He did it numerous times over the last two days of his life.

If you saw that hand-clasping going on directly- if it jumped out at you the way it does on the left- it would have pegged him as Oswald for sure, and the Lovelady idea would never have gotten off the ground at all.

In conclusion: the Roy Lewis figure in the Altgens photo is FAKE. He is as phony as a three dollar bill. And, there are multiple indications that what they're showing there is false; it does not fly. Every single one of them would have to be explained in order to justify this. It's never been done. It can't be done.
