Backes decided to show frames from A Year Ago Today, but note that what they are showing today as A Year Ago Today isn't necessarily what was shown on November 22, 1964. Backes has no proof that it is. Backes, who claims to know that Oswald was INNOCENT and FRAMED is taking the word of the government and the media that what they're showing today is exactly what was shown on November 22, 1964.

Why does he believe them? Why doesn't it occur to Backes that they changed the film? Why doesn't it occur to him that once they fabricated a bus ride and a cab ride for Oswald on November 22, 1963, that none of these people could be trusted, and not just law enforcement, but the media.

Yes, the media! The media was IN on the cover-up of the murder of President John F. Kennedy. That isn't a Ralph Cinque idea. It is not an OIC idea. All over the world of JFK, people are saying that the media was in on the conspiracy to cover-up the murder, including the people at Life magazine, at the AP, and other media. It was true throughout the mainstream media. It is a widely-held belief in the world of JFK truthers.  Harold Weisberg said it. He knew the media was in on the cover-up. Why is Joseph Backes letting them off the hook and accepting what they say like an idiot?

And why is Backes going with A Year Ago Today? Why not Four Days in November? Why not Three Shots That Changed America? Why not other versions of the walk-by footage? They're all different. They're different in length, in content, in lighting, in speed, and in other ways.

But, one thing they all have in common is that they have a "mother frame" which precedes the entrance into the room with Lovelady.

These are three different movies, but they all arrive at this frame, the mother frame, before starting the Lovelady sequence. So, the question is, what is the very next frame after this one? It's different in every case.

In the original Three Shots That Changed America, it unfolds like this:

I can't give you a link to it because they no longer show it online like this. Now they show it much shorter and with the Lovelady figure slimmed down. Here's the link:

The whole sequence inside the room with Lovelady has been shortened to 2 seconds: from 8 minutes 57 seconds to 3 minutes 59 seconds. Two seconds I kid you not. Watch it here. 8:57 to 8:59.

If you watch Four Days in November, what unfolds after the mother frame is this:

And if you watch A Year Ago Today AS THEY ARE CURRENTLY SHOWING IT, it looks like this after the mother frame:

This is a merger of the two different versions of the footage, and I can guarantee you that neither one existed on November 22, 1964. Whatever they showed then did not include any of this. They are lying, and Joseph Backes, a Kennedy killer, is helping them lie. Here is how they pulled the bait and switch.

This is how they pulled the sleight of hand trick. On the top left, you see the slenderized version of DeNiro Lovelady. He didn't even exist until 2009, that we know of. And here he is clearly and before being compressed.

Obviously, they couldn't show him like that and transition to this:

Even with a transition frame, no one would believe it. So, they slimmed him up, blurred him, and sped it up so that you can't see him too well. Then they put in the curtain frame.

It was pretty hard to capture that because they have it moving fast. But after that big linebacker cop steps aside, it begins with the sequence from the Wolper film, starting with this frame.

It's a splicing together of the DeNiro version of the Lovelady clip with the original version of the Lovelady clip, neither of which existed on November 22, 1964 when A Year Ago Today aired.

This is how it looked on November 22, 1964; there was nobody at that desk.

There was no DeNiro Lovelady, and there wasn't the other Lovelady either. There was no Lovelady. Nobody was talking about Lovelady being passed by Oswald at the Dallas PD. Show me one reference to it in any written material from back then. What we do have that is written is Lovelady denying that he ever saw Oswald again that day.

Ball: Did you EVER see Oswald again THAT DAY (after you broke for lunch)?

Lovelady: No.

There is no way that Lovelady could have forgotten about it. There is no way that Lovelady could have considered it unimportant. Look at Bill Shelley's testimony:

Mr. BALL. On November 22, 1963, the day the President was shot, when is the last time you saw Oswald?
Mr. SHELLEY. It was 10 or 15 minutes before 12.
Mr. BALL. Where?
Mr. SHELLEY. On the first floor over near the telephone.
Mr. BALL. Did you ever see him again?
Mr. SHELLEY. At the police station when they brought him in.

So, how come Shelley remembered but not Lovelady? Lovelady's testimony was given in April 1964 and Shelley's was given in May. This is testimonial proof that Billy Lovelady did not have the experience of being seated at a desk in the homicide division of the Dallas Police when Lee Harvey Oswald was led by.

These Kennedy-killers, and I include MacRae, Backes, Clark Rob, and others, are as vicious and ruthless today as were the Kennedy-killers of 1963. These guys are their descendants. They are liars. They are deceivers. And I am sure they have people backing them up, helping them to assemble misleading stuff. But, they can't win. That's because Lovelady was not there. It is a fabrication. It is a Nazi propaganda movie. And anyone with a lick of sense can see it.

MacRae has enough sense not to mess with me about 9/11. He knows that everything I say about Ted and Barbara Olson, and their phony phone calls is true. He knows full-well that the idea that Captain Charles Burlingame  and the other pilots would have turned over control of the planes to Arabs waving box-cutters is a load of crap. He doesn't say a word to challenge it. He gives me all the space I want. He contests nothing. He remains silent.

But foolishly, he wants to take me on and do battle about these phony movies of Lovelady at the Dallas PD? Well, all I can say is bring it on, mo-fo. Let's get in the pit and fight it out. He's going to wish he shut his mouth.
