You can watch A Year Ago Today online. The Lovelady clip starts right at the 39 minute mark:

And everything I said is true. The clip is speeded up. It is blurred up. And it is spliced together, with DeNiro Lovelady coming first, and Embedded Lovelady following.
And they don't show the part with photogs shooting other photogs. It doesn't happen here. In this movie, You've got the big cop and Oswald milling at the door to the supply room, trying to decide what to do. Then it breaks to the detective who is messing with Oswald's pistol. And then it breaks to the newscaster, and the whole scene is over.
When I mentioned dark footage of the cops plodding along, I meant this:
Does it look like shit? Don't blame me. It's how it occurs in the film. And you don't see it in Four Days in November. This was a totally separate rendering. I don't know when they did it but it was later.
Then you get a quick glimpse of DeNiro Lovelady slimmed down:
Does it seem blurry? It is. They did it that way on purpose. Then the big linebacker cop gets in the way.
And then, he steps aside, and we see Embedded Lovelady, who is the guy from Four Days:
Again, it's more shit, but I didn't make it. Again, watch the movie starting at 39 minutes, and you'll see that that's the way it is.

And from there it just continues until the big cop and Oswald are milling around at the door, just as in Four Days, except blurry. Then, it's the pistol frame, and and then it's over.
You don't see any of this milling around at the door of the supply room in Three Shots. It just isn't there.
So, this is a piece of crap in which they spliced together two disparate films. Then they sped it up and blurred it up so that they could sell it. But, if you look closely, you can still see that they are different men.
Granted, it's a lot harder here. But, you can still see that DeNiro's shirt is propped open on the left exposing his t-shirt, while the other Lovelady is cinched up.
It's all just Nazi propaganda, and this most definitely did not show in 1963 or 1964. As far as we know, the DeNiro version wasn't even made until 2009. I don't know of it appearing anywhere prior to the History Channel's Three Shots. So, we're talking 46 years after the assassination.
