Wow! bpete is not only a child; he is an idiot child. Let's look at his examples of people leaning their bodies but not their heads:

First, note that 3 out of the 4 are having to hold on to the door for support. And who is to say that the fourth, the boy, isn't doing it too? The angle that his arm is coming down suggests that he may be grabbing the door as well. When you have to grab something for support, it means that you are not in postural balance. 

But, Doorman is in postural balance. He is just standing there watching the motorcade, and he is not holding on to anything (except himself). We can see that plainly in the Altgens photo and the Wiegman film. So, there are no grounds to assign any awkward, unbalanced poses to him, in which he has to hold on to something in order to avoid toppling.  

The bottom left pose 

is not a functional pose at all- other than for the purpose of posing for the picture. There is no reason to think that she is standing that way to watch a motorcade. Normally, it would be done like this, where you preserve the synchronization of the head, neck, and spine. 

The normal thing in life is to coordinate yourself, to get everything to work smoothly together. And you always maintain the integrity of the head/neck/back relationship. But, what a person might do to pose for a picture is anything. And it is also irrelevant. 

The image of the blond woman in black is totally an act; it's a display of something dramatic, artistic, and fanciful. It's bravado. What bearing does it have on how Doorman was standing as he watched the parade? None! 

Hey, we already knew that people are capable of all kinds of weird and extreme contortions. So what?  

The upper left pose isn't so bad. It's the least abusive of the four. But, even she is holding on. So, she is not in balance either. Doorman is in balance. If he were really standing with as much lean as he appears to be, the question is: how?

So, we know that the ladies had to hold on, and we know that Doorman is NOT holding on. His hand-clasping in front, which he is doing, is NOT lending support. He could get support from a railing or something he could hold on to, but he is not doing that. He is not obtaining support from anything. And yet, we are supposed to believe that he is doing a major lean with his spine and then cocking his head back the other way? But wait! He's not doing that.

It's easy enough to trace the axis of the spine on each of these two people:

Remember that the reason you are seeing more of the right side of Doorman's face is because of Altgens position. He was shooting at quite an acute angle. But, the woman has so much twist in her spine; she is so out of balance, that she would have a hard time doing it without holding on. And it is extremely bad for the body. Try it yourself right now and you'll see that how uncomfortable it is. It's just something that she is doing momentarily for the sake of that picture. And as soon as the shudder is snapped, she's going to come out of it and get herself right. But, Doorman is just watching a motorcade, and he is not doing anything like that. Doorman is just standing with a little bit of right rotation (which is OK) and his hands are clasped in front. 

That's all he's doing. He's just standing there like a normal person. 

And it goes to show how childish bpete is, thinking he can scour the internet looking for weird poses and think that it has any relevance to this- as though finding an image of a person in a contortion means that Doorman must be in a contortion. He wasn't. And you, bpete are a child; a wicked, nasty child.
