You're the one who is befuddled, Backes. The very idea that Lovelady should be back there is disturbing to anyone with sense. Lovelady was nobody. He was just a warehouse worker. He had no importance whatsoever- and certainly no more than the others who were brought from Dealey Plaza to make statements. There is no way that they would have separated him out from the others and placed him in the deepest corner of the Dallas PD. It was like their inner sanctum.

Why? The whole flak about the Altgens photo didn't exist yet. It was 2:00 on the very day, and the Altgens photo wasn't glimpsed by the public until that evening. How many people even knew about it at that point? It couldn't have been more than a handful.

So, Lovelady was nobody- nobody of importance or consequence. He just came there to make a statement, a written statement. And it was only 1 short paragraph long. He didn't have to be back there to do that. There's no evidence that he was interviewed by Fritz or anyone else. He just wrote out a short statement, handed it in, and left.

It had had to be pretty close to 2:00 before the police brought people there. The police spent a long time at the TSBD looking around, especially on the 6th floor. Therefore, they couldn't have gotten there much before Oswald did.

So, knowing that Oswald was being taken to that Homicide division- and there was only one way into it, the way we saw, and it was like a maze- and where they knew the hallways would be ridden with reporters, journalists, photographers, etc., why would they bring Lovelady to the same spot?

It wasn't recognized as an event that happened until the 1970s. Nobody talked about it at the time. Never ever did Lovelady or his wife Patricia ever talk about it, and she was quite a talker.

Why would they separate him out from the others? They obviously didn't bring them all there. There obviously wasn't room to do that. So, what made Lovelady so important as to separate him out from the rest and plant him there? The answer is: nothing. As of 11/22/63, absolutely nothing.

It is an obvious fakery, and you, Backes, are too blind and stupid to see it. Lovelady wasn't there. He was never at that desk. NEVER!
