Walt:
Who is that other guy?
Billy Lovelady..... What's he doing there?
Where is he from?
I believe he was from Dallas....
How come he hasn't been identified by now?
and the case was closed.
Of course, Walt can't be right about that because Lovelady left the doorway almost immediately. He was down the block when Baker was climbing the steps and saw him from a distance. Then, he went down to the first railroad track, and then he re-entered the building through the back door. And then he was in there for a long time, until it was time to go to City Hall. In fact, by the time Oswald was brought to the Police Station, Lovelady was already there. They even try to claim that he was perched in the Squad room when Oswald was led by at exactly 2 PM.
Of course, that's a bogus image of Lovelady. And why would he be sitting there like Whistler's Mother when his pal Oswald was just led by him? Wouldn't he have turned? What, was he frozen?
So, that's a bogus image. Still, everything I said about what Lovelady did is true. Therefore, he can't possibly be the man in that image. But, at least Walt recognized that he is of the male gender, so I thank him for that.
