Oswald worked at the Texas School Book Depository on 411 Elm Street. The
Texas School Book Depository Company maintained a second warehouse at 1917
Houston. Several blocks north of the main building, the short four-story
structure was well removed from the parade route, half-hidden on an
unpaved section of Houston. Roy Truly, told the Warren Commission that he
had had the option to assign Oswald to either building on his first day at
work. "I might have sent Oswald to work [there]... Oswald and another
fellow reported for work on the same day [October 15] and I needed one of
them for the depository building. I picked Oswald." How could the CIA,
KGB, or the Mafia have possibly known that Roy Truly would pick Oswald to
work at the TSBD on 411 Elm Street?

Ralph Cinque:
The TSBD wasn't even using all of the capacity in the building on Elm Street, in fact, far from it. So, what did they need another building for?
And they only moved into the building on Elm St. in August 1963, two months before Oswald arrived, and just three months before the assassination. The building wasn't even good for what they were doing with book distribution because it had previously been for meat distribution and the floors were still wet. That's why they had to lay down plywood. It was ruining the books.
The building was owned by David Byrd, the ultra-conservative, super-rich industrialist and Cold Warrior who also started the Civil Air Patrol which Oswald belonged to as a youth. Imagine Oswald's surprise when he got to the TSBD and found there his old buddy from the CAP, Bill Shelley. Ain't life grand the way it moves in circles?
The TSBD moved into the building on Elm precisely in order to kill President Kennedy. So, there was no risk that they were going to assign Oswald to the wrong building.
What you don't understand, Bozo, is that the whole company was a CIA front company. Under the guise of distributing Dick and Jane books for little kids, it undertook various clandestine and illegal activities for the CIA, and chief among them was the assassination of President Kennedy.
You are way behind the curve here on this, Bozo, and you need to read The Spider's Web by William Westin.
Oh, and by the way, Bozo: I'm making you famous.
