What are you implying, Backes? That Fritz and Sims and Boyd falsely claimed to find those bullets on Oswald? That he never had them?

But, how could they possibly expect to get away with that? Oswald knew whether he had bullets on his person or not. As soon as he heard that they were claiming to have found bullets in his pocket, he would know instantly all he needed to know about them.

How could that possibly end well for them? The only possible way they could even consider doing such a thing is if they knew at that time, on Friday afternoon, that Oswald was going to be dead soon.

Is that what you are alleging, that Fritz and them knew that Oswald was soon to be a dead man?

And why would they bother claiming to find bullets in his pocket? There were bullets in the chambers of his pistol. They said he tried to shoot Officer McDonald in the theater. Didn't that look bad enough?

How did that conversation go down?

Sims: I think I'll claim to find some bullets in his pocket.
Fritz: What for?
Sims: I don't know. I figure it will look good.
Fritz: Alright; go ahead. I don't give a shit. Knock yourself out.

And what are you implying about McWatters? That they just chose him because they knew him? Because he drove by every night? Then how did they get the transfer ticket from the Marsalis line? And the time that said 1:00? And what exactly would they have said to him?

Fritz: Hey Cecil! Listen up, Man. We need you to say that Oswald, the guy who killed Kennedy, got on your bus. about 12:40. Just claim that he got off after a couple blocks, but he first asked for a transfer ticket, which you gave him. And you need to give us a transfer ticket that reflects all that.

McWatters: Say what?

Backes, you're whacked! You are so far out there, the moon was just the first stop for you. Killing JFK wasn't a local Dallas plot. Are you out of your mind? You are completely demented.
