Backass, the film was taken from Betzner on the 22nd and returned to him, developed, on the 25th. How was that not "confiscated?"

You think that because they "requested" it, it wasn't confiscated? What do you think would have happened if he denied the request? 
Are you naive or are you just plain stupid?

And, your own display of it shows that that photo was cropped on the doorway side of it.    

There is no way Betzner held the camera vertically, as it appears in the second image. Why would he do that? Why would he want to capture all that empty sky above? That image was cropped to what we see. And the top image was cropped a little differently and slightly less. They are both cropped images. And just to the left of that waffled facade was the doorway. THAT'S WHAT GOT CROPPED OUT.

Backes, you're doing exactly what I said you would do. When being shown clear evidence of corruption and malfeasance, you are dismissing it, and why? It's for one and only one reason: because you don't WANT it to be Oswald in the doorway.

But, it was Oswald in the doorway, Backes, and you can't get him out of there.
