This is the clip in which we can see the Oswald figure doing something with his hand atop his head. Momentarily, he ducks back in the shadow, and his head disappears completely and quite suddenly. It flickers, then suddenly, he's standing there headless.
It's just more weird, wacky, wild JFK film imagery, and all I can do is put it in the dubious category. When you try to confirm it by watching the film, you can't.
