David Von Pein:

Ralph Cinque is actually silly enough to contend that the footage seen in
David Wolper's film [starting at the point in the video linked below]
indicates fakery in the film taken at DPD, because Oswald's shirt is
partially on in some footage but is completely on his back in other
portions.

Ralph does not even allow for the possibility of Wolper and the filmmakers
utilizing DIFFERENT films showing Oswald and then editing those various
pieces of film together for this section of "Four Days In November", which
depicts Oswald being shuffled around at the DPD.

Cinque thinks it's all one continuous, unbroken film of Oswald, even
though it obviously is not. In fact, in one of these clips, Oswald is
being led OUT of the homicide office instead of being led INTO it. Plus,
there are obviously different officers escorting Oswald in these
clips--both uniformed and plain clothes officers.

If anyone ever hires Ralph Cinque as a film or photo analyst for the U.S.
Government, I'm immediately going to do what Lee Harvey Oswald did---I'm
defecting to Russia!

Ralph Cinque:

No, Peinhead. I know they merged different films. I knew it all along. That was my point. Since shirts can't actually jump on and off backs while walking down halls, it HAD to be a merging of different footages. Again, that was my point. So, you know it, and I know it, but the difference between us is that I don't forgive them for it. The way they ran it all together was very tricky, and with that mesmerizing voice-over, I'm sure it sailed over the heads of the vast majority of viewers. And that includes researchers because how many have talked about it? And that's not OK with me. Because, if they would resort to such tricky manipulation just to show Oswald being led through the building, what manipulation would they resort to if they wanted to, say,  falsely show Lovelady seated in the squad room? Answer: a whole heck of a lot more. You can just think of this procession cut and paste job, crude as it is, as the poster child for all the rotten photographic manipulations they did for the JFK assassination.
