Backass, I did not write you about My Cousin Vinny or anything else. I have nothing against the movie. I happen to like it. Marisa Tomei? What's not to like? 

But no, it has no parallels with the JFK case. In the movie, honest witnesses thought they saw things that incriminated the two young men, but they were wrong. 

But how does that apply to William Whaley? Either he transported Oswald or he didn't. You're not suggesting that he drove somebody else who looked like Oswald to N. Beckley, are you? 

Either he really did drive Oswald to N. Beckley OR he is lying about it. One or the other. What other choice is there? And don't you dare tell me that he was "manipulated" to say it because that means nothing. It is devoid of content. It is pure sophistry.
