Amazingly, bpete has this testimony on his home page, as if it's good for him. It shows how differently Joseph Ball treated Frazier than Lovelady. With Frazier, he was direct; with Lovelady not.

It starts with Frazier saying that Billy was 2 or 3 steps down in front of himself. But, all agree that Doorman was on the top level, and Lovelady himself said that he was on the top level.

Then Ball follows with "Do you recognize this fellow?" pointing to Doorman. Well, why the hell didn't he do that with Lovelady?

It was only after he had Frazier identify him directly and verbally that he took out the marker and had him draw an arrow. So, why didn't he do the same with Lovelady? Instead, he just asks Lovelady if he is in the picture and then tells him to draw an arrow- in the dark. Why didn't he point to Doorman and ask Lovelady to identify him?  It must be because he didn't know where Lovelady was going to say, and he couldn't take a chance. That's why he played it coy with the arrow.

This contrast in how Ball handled Frazier and how he handled Lovelady is very damning. And nowhere does he get Lovelady to say that the Doorway Man was himself. This is terrible and highly incriminating of Ball and the official story.
And then when you add the discovery of Lovelady's real arrow, it's over and done with. This is CE 369 from bpete's site. All I did was crop it and save it. I did nothing to it. You can see still the tail of Lovelady's arrow on Black Hole Man's arm.
