Here's a little support from Richard Hooke, and I agree with him that some of these revisions are very recent; they are still doing it, still lying about all this. That was NOT Lovelady, and Lovelady was NOT there. 

Richard Hooke after Lovelady went to the FBI and told them he was wearing a short sleeve striped shirt when the president was shot they needed some evidence of Lovelady in a longsleeve shirt - so they dropped this figure into the squad room at the CIA photo lab - then they realized his build really was not right either (to have been Doorman) so, as Ralph has shown, they began making different versions of a slimmed down guy at the table (AND THEY HAVE EVEN MODIFIED THIS AS RECENTLY AS 2013)
