This is another collage of Richard Hooke's concerning George W. Bush being in Dealey Plaza on 11/22/63 along with his father George HW Bush. Maybe George W was looking for Daddy, that is, Poppy. 

 I haven't put this up on the OIC website yet, but I think Richard's analysis is very sound. I think that odds that that was George W. Bush are very high. We've been dwelling on this for many months now, and time has only made it stronger and more compelling to most of us.
