This is a letter from CIA Chief John McCone to the head of the Secret Service establishing that Lee Harvey Oswald was an intelligence agent who started with the Office of Naval Intelligence and was then sent on assignment to Russia. The idea that he locked and loaded on Kennedy is outright buffoonery. Is there anyone in the world who still believes it in 2014? I mean really believes it and not just says it.
